Identify and convert new sales opportunities using market insights, referrals, and networking at industry events and trade shows. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to align on promotions, product offerings, and integrated training/service initiatives. Partner with the Servicing Equipment Manager to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions — from clinic fit-outs to ongoing equipment support. Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies and support business development. Keep CRM systems updated with accurate sales activity, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics. Represent the brand at client meetings, conferences, and expos to build awareness and generate new leads nationwide. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE: Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in veterinary/medical equipment or related industries Understanding of veterinary environments or service-based business operations Strong relationship-building skills with ability to establish trust quickly Excellent organisation and self-management capabilities for territory coverage Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite Valid driver's licence and enthusiasm for extensive travel across Australia Ideally based in Sydney, but we’re open to exceptional applicants from Melbourne.
